Debate/Forensics
Two students participated in debate competitions in the 2009-2010 seasons. They are Bekah Noxon and Brandon Layton. Sponsors were Aronda Kerns, Peggy O’Donnell and Susie Layton.
The students competed in six junior varsity and two varsity tournaments. Campus, Nickerson, Bluestem, Haven, Trinity and Buhler are among the school tournaments attended.
The topic this year was “The case for substantially increasing social services to people living in poverty.” The
